What were the milestones?
A key first step was linking foratable with the event management tool Event Temple. This allows us to map event and restaurant reservations in a structured way. The next logical step was connecting to our hotel system with Stayntouch. Since then, guest data and bookings have been synchronizing automatically in the background.

As we organized more events and our occasions became more diverse, the need for better overviews grew. For example, for real-time data and clear coordination between reception, the event team, and catering services.

We find the direct integration with Event Temple particularly helpful, as it automatically transmits events and required table reservations to the restaurant in real time. Secondly, the shared guest database between foratable and the PMS Stayntouch stands out. It merges all guest data, allowing us, for example, to see a guest's room number at a glance when making a table reservation.
